Basement Waterproofing

Exterior waterproofing membrane system is used for waterproofing and strengthening concrete against wicking water, water vapor, capillary water seepage and soil gases. Permanently strengthens concrete, hardens concrete surfaces, and protects concrete against cracking, dusting, efflorescence, freeze-thaw, road salts, deicing chemicals and minor defects.  

 The membrane is remarkably impermeable to water and water vapor and unaffected by acidic or alkaline environments. Equipped with highly efficient additive packages, the channel drain board is stabilized against oxidation and provides outstanding compressive strength, impact resistance, chemical and environmental stress crack resistance.
