Stone Foundation Repairs

  Absolute Mortar Mix  is specially formulated to reduce water penetration and efflorescence of masonry mortar joints. By incorporating a proprietary, dry polymeric integral water repellent admixture.  

 Absolute Mortar  assures the mortar on your stone foundation project will repel moisture, while maintaining optimal workability and flexural bond strength.  

Once the joints are brushed out, our Absolute Masonry Sealer is applied over the entire walls. This clear VOC compliant water-based siloxane sealer is excellent resistance to water intrusion and is 100% water vapor permeable. In addition to mildew and fungus resistant.   

The stone foundation wall will have more structural integrity and give your walls a cleaner look. 

Stress cracks caused by the unsupported central "I" beam support. This is easily fixed by installing an adjustable column post under the support to relieve pressure in your foundation wall.  

After we repair the stone foundation walls we seal the stone and new mortar joints with a masonry moisture protection sealer. The sealer helps keep moisture from entering into your basement.
